 Straight on up Cliff Rd / Raisdale Rd. T L into Westbourne Rd to join Lavernock Rd and TL. 

TR onto

St Marys Well Rd, across pub car park to

Beach Rd & rejoin main rd.

 T L towards Sully.

 At r/a T R onto Sully Moors Rd. to Cardiff Rd A4055 & TL

At r/a onto Wimbourne Way/ Ffordd Millenium. Follow rd around to Broad St.  Into Harbour Rd./

St Nicholas Rd.

At r/a TL into Old Village Rd / Park Rd [Passing remains of Barry Castle] into Porthkerry Park.  Follow road through park to cafe.  Go under viaduct follow rough track to join lane.

At junct. TL to Rhoose.

At PH, Fontygary Inn,  TR to Fonmon.  Take 2^nd left with pond on your right, passing Fonmon Castle.

Follow lane at junct TR to B4265.

At  B 4265. TL

TR to Llancadle. Take 2^nd TL towards St. Hillary [Steep down hills]

At junct.  straight over towards St Hilary [muddy lane and climb up to St Hilary ]

TR in St Hilary heading towards  A48.

TL on A48, to the flyover  and then towards Downs cafe [25miles]

Downhill to Aberthin join A4222 &TR

 

Along A4222 TL to St Donats / Peterson super Ely / St Brides super Ely / Pentrebane /  Cardiff
